Myofascial release therapy improves a range of issues, both physical and mental. Soreness after peak bagging or the daily stress of life can often be released within one session. Yet our bodies can also secretly store emotions and traumas for us in a longer term way. Especially if our nervous system was too overwhelmed to process them logically at the time.
